Here is a great way to get yourself to relax. Wework hard, play hard, and are in communication 24 hours a day. We forget to relax. Take three minutes with this video. Get comfortable, close your eyes, relax, and breathe deeply. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, and release for a count of 8. Picture breathing out all the stress of the day, and breathing in good, calming air. Have fun!
